Dr. Inji Ali

Dr. Inji Ali is a distinguished university lecturer and seasoned legal advisor with extensive experience in both public and private sectors. Formerly serving the Ministry of Interior in the Contracts and Legislation Departments, she has provided counsel to numerous companies and represented clients before the State Council, Administrative Courts, as well as Civil and Criminal Courts. Her expertise extends internationally as an arbitrator and consultant in matters of personal status, citizenship acquisition, and taxation. she has also contributed to legislative development, playing a key role in drafting several government-commissioned bills.

A lawyer with extensive practical experience gained from a long career in the Ministry of Interior at the rank of General, where he specialized in security, crisis management, and combating terrorism and drugs. He also led and managed major companies in the fields of security and logistics, in addition to his expertise in tourism investment and real estate development. Furthermore, he founded and managed a successful restaurant group for over twenty years, which provided him with deep knowledge in the food and beverage sector. This diverse background strengthens his ability to deliver comprehensive legal solutions that combine security, administrative, and investment perspectives.

General Dr. Hossam Al-Fadaly, a legal and security expert with more than three decades of experience in public security, political security, and legal affairs at the Egyptian Ministry of Interior. He specializes in strategic cases, including terrorism, criminal law in all its forms, administrative disputes, and international arbitration, with deep expertise in employment-related issues and administrative discipline. He holds a PhD in Law (Constitutional Litigation) with honors from Alexandria University, after earning his master’s in public law and a bachelor’s in law and Police Sciences. He served as Deputy Director General of Legal Affairs for Litigation at the Ministry of Interior, overseeing complex and sensitive legal files at the highest levels. Currently, he is the Senior Advisor to the CEO of Medar for Urban Development, a subsidiary of the Egyptian Sovereign Fund, contributing to security management, government relations, and strategic decision-making in national projects. He possesses a distinguished ability to connect legal, security, and strategic dimensions, ensuring effective institutional protection and highly efficient risk management.
